我這顆腎已經108歲了！76歲的陳明雄是國內移植手術中目前存活最久一人，換腎滿45年，捐腎給他的母親在民國前1年出生，算起來身上這顆腎已經108歲，迄今仍健康運作；56歲的陳浮陽則是世界首例因吃「減肥菜」守宮木呼吸衰竭而須換肺者，也是國內目前存活最久的換肺人，全仰賴台大醫院團隊重生。

台大醫院今日舉辦器官移植50周年記者會，寫下國內多項器官移植紀錄的病人，重新與醫療團隊齊聚，歡慶重生。

陳明雄換腎滿45年、寫下國內移植手術中目前存活最久紀錄，原因在於他過人的自制力，換腎之後，均衡攝取營養，不吃刺激性食物，他笑說，每次健檢除了腎臟功能差一點，三高、血壓一點紅字都沒有。

台大醫院外科部移植外科主任蔡孟昆表示，近年國內腎臟移植成績不錯，超過半數都能存活超過20年，而陳明雄因為是母親捐腎、排斥小，加上個人十分配合規則服藥，狀況才會如此的好。

陳浮陽則是早年台灣風行「減肥菜」的受害者，愛美的她吃不到1個月，便出現一動就喘的後遺症，診斷出肺部嚴重纖維化，命在旦夕，所幸1996年在台大成功接受左側肺臟移植，至今已22年，成為國內換肺存活最久的病人，她分享秘訣最重要的是心情放輕鬆。
